OCTLA members can receive an informal neutral evaluation of a pending case by experience trial attorneys.

Members requesting a Case Evaluation shall complete a simple online questionnaire which will be forwarded to a rotating panel of three experienced trial attorneys. The panel will be rotated every three months. Within two weeks, the reviewers will complete an online review form which will be forwarded back to the requesting member.

OCTLA members may request up to three cases per year. The program is administered by the chair of the membership benefits committee.

The Case Evaluation Program is available to current OCTLA plaintiff attorney members only. Members requesting a Case Evaluation shall agree to a disclaimer holding OCTLA or its members harmless for any claims which may arise from use of the evaluation program.
